Mr. Rowland is an Army Veteran who has COPD, is on oxygen full time and has numerous other health issues that render him barely ambulatory.
The floor of the bedroom that he uses as an office had fallen in and was a safety hazard. We removed the existing carpet & hardwood flooring, subfloor, and floor joists. We replaced them with new joists, subfloor and Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT). When we finished, he was very emotional and thankful.
