Mrs. Hubbard is 72 and lives alone on a low-fixed income. Her bathroom sink leaked and toilet ran continuously causing the floor to be soft due to rot. There were also rotten sections of the porch and steps making her home unsafe for her to navigate in and out.
We replaced the subfloor and floor covering in the bathroom, installed a new toilet and replaced rotting sections of the back porch and railing. This greatly improved the safety of her home.
