Francis and her daughter, Kristi, had no way to bathe since one tub had been removed and another was not working. Due to health issues and lack of income, they were unable to make the necessary repairs. They were forced to take sponge baths or go to a friend or family’s home. In addition to installing a new walk-in shower, we repaired the roof, replaced a leaky back door, replaced the sub-floor and installed a new LVT in the living room. Of course, they were thrilled to not have to leave their home to shower or risk falling through their living room floor.
