Ms. Arnold suffers from severe arthritis which she has had since she was five, affecting her to the point where she is extremely immobile. She was unable to get in and out of her tub safely, so her aids were only able to give her sponge baths.
We installed a custom made roll-in shower with grab bars allowing her to use her modified walker and shower chair to shower independently. Leading her caregiver to say “She hasn’t been able to shower in over a year. You just can’t believe what this is going to do for her. This will be a huge improvement in her quality of life.”
