Ms. Meitner’s mobile home is in such bad shape we will need to work on it in phases. She lives in Starr, SC. Suffice it to say that the inside is ruined due to the roof leaking for a long time. Next week we will be patching and Cool Sealing the roof. We will also repair her bedroom floor where the bed is resting on the joists so that it will not fall through.
Ms. Meitner is widowed and trying to live on $1,000 per month and has no vehicle.
